PVPVE EXTRACTION SHOOTER PC SOLO / DUO / TRIO FIRST PERSON EUROPE // 1956 // AFTER WORLD WAR II

Deputy. The operational area is open. The wreck is waiting.

Deploy solo, as a duo or trio into hostile operational zones. Rival Deputy teams pursue their own objectives while Riftborn, hostile machines and environmental threats contest the same space. Search for mission objectives, data and valuable materials, then decide whether to push deeper, fight, evade or extract. What you bring home shapes the next deployment.

01 // STORY BRIEFING

Europe survived the war. It did not survive unchanged.

This is the history you are cleared to know before your first deployment. Enough to understand the world. Not enough to explain it.

KNOWN HISTORY // PARTIAL RELEASE
1941

The first Rifts appeared across Europe while the war was still raging. Front lines became exclusion zones that no army could control for long.

1941–1956

The war is over, but the Zones are not. Fortified cities, abandoned factories, old transport routes and containment structures now stand along their edges.

NOW

The Legislative sends its own forces, the so-called “Deputies”, wherever regular units can no longer hold ground. Deputies are able to harness the energy of the Rifts and use special abilities that help them withstand the dangers of the operational zones. They recover data, explore abandoned outposts and secure valuable materials. They complete assignments and clear designated objectives while rival Deputies and Rift-altered creatures roam the same territory.

02 // YOUR DEPLOYMENT

Enter. Hunt. Loot. Complete the order. Extract.

Every run begins with an insertion and ends only if you leave the Zone alive. The route between those points is yours.

01

Insertion

Your squad is dropped outside the primary sightlines. Once boots touch the ground, direct support ends.

02

Objective

Orders change by operation. Here, the primary objective is the data core inside wreck A-82.

03

Loot

Weapons, materials and secondary objectives compete for the same space in your pack—and for the time you have left.

04

Extraction

Finding the objective is not success. Getting it out is.

WRECK FILE // A-82

The core is still transmitting.

Under the designation A-82, a crashed zeppelin lies between scaffold towers, rock shafts and concrete positions. Its hull appears dead. The responses from inside do not.

The last recovery operation went wrong. Squad wiped out. Data carrier not recovered. Since then, disturbances and mutations around the Rifts have been increasing again.

A-82 is one operation among many. Objectives, threats and conditions change from round to round.

Internal addendum: multiple sequences contain the pattern ██-██-████. Analysis locked.

03 // FIELD DOCTRINE // GAMEPLAY

Why every deployment is different.

Revolver Rift is built around uncertainty: what you bring, what the Zone changes, who else is operating there and when you decide the risk is no longer worth it.

01

Risk & Extraction

Everything you carry in—or recover inside—the Zone has value. Only a successful extraction returns weapons, materials and technology to the Deputy Hub. Fail, and equipment you brought may be lost.

Getting the objective is only half the mission. Bringing it home is what counts.
02

PvPvE

Rival Deputy teams pursue their own objectives in the same operational area. You can avoid them, contest them or hunt them—but the Zone fights back too. Riftborn, hostile machines and environmental threats can change any encounter.

03

Abilities & Rift Technology

Before every deployment, choose the abilities you want to take into the Rift. Different combinations give you different options when situations change. Adapt your Deputy to the way you prefer to play and to the risks you expect to face.

Your Deputy doesn't define your playstyle. Your choices do.
04

Changing Operations

Not every deployment follows the same rules. Objectives, weather, Rift instability, rare events and resource or combat conditions can change from run to run. Knowing the map never guarantees a predictable operation.

Same Zone. Different Mission. Different Threats. Different Decisions.
OPERATION LOOP

Successfully extracted weapons, materials, technology and resources return to the Deputy Hub. They prepare and improve future deployments—then the cycle begins again.

04 // INCIDENT FILE RR-47A

The first squad reached the core. Then the wreck began to answer.

Only part of the report has been released. All references to ████████, manufacturers, access routes and internal command authorities remain sealed.

TOP SECRET
FILE // RR-47A-11 DEPUTY CLEARANCE HIGHLANDS // 1956

SUBJECT: ABORTED DATA-CORE RECOVERY

At 03:40 hours, the first recovery squad touched down west of the target zone. The original landing site had been cancelled minutes earlier after several flare masts activated simultaneously. These installations had been classified as permanently inactive since the conclusion of Operation ██████████.

Inside the wreck, the squad registered heat, a metallic odour and recurring pulses on an unassigned frequency. The pattern matched neither a distress signal nor any known navigation code. The radio operator recorded one sentence before it was removed from the main report: “The signal hears us first.”

At 05:32, the target container was opened. The data core was active even though its energy cells should have been exhausted for years. Immediately after first contact, three channels were lost. Archived transmissions began playing backwards. A fourth channel broadcast the callsign of a Deputy declared dead two days earlier.

████████ REMAINDER OF REPORT SEALED ████████

Your directive: breach through the ruptured midsection, confirm whether the core remains in its original container, and extract it before the next Rift pulse sequence sweeps the operational area. The pulse releases lethal radiation across the Zone. Your team has no more than 40 minutes. If the wreck addresses you by name, prepare for a mass-class contact.

PAGE 03 / 12 ATTACHMENTS // 5 SEALED ██████████
05 // OPERATIONAL AREA

Multiple levels. No clean front line.

The highlands around the crash are a network of elevated firing lines, production halls, walkways, tunnels and improvised crossings. The following views are all you receive before insertion.

TACTICAL READ

High routes provide vision and exposure. Low routes provide cover and uncertainty. Every route back can close seconds later.

  • The highest positions provide oversight and expose you at the same time.
  • Underground routes are safe until something inside is already moving ahead of you.
  • Retreats usually fail because one level was read incorrectly.
  • Extraction begins the moment you decide to go one level deeper.
06 // DEPUTIES

Different Deputies. Same possibilities. Your choices define the deployment.

Every Deputy follows the same gameplay rules. Choose the Deputy whose appearance and personality you prefer, then decide for yourself—through weapons, equipment, abilities and your decisions in the field—how you want to play.

07 // WEAPONS & BLUEPRINTS

Your arsenal. Your decision.

Weapons are not tied to specific Deputies. A broad selection of base weapons is available from the start, giving you plenty of loadout options from your first deployment. Beyond that, additional weapon variants and entirely new weapons can be found or unlocked through Blueprints. Recover them, extract successfully and expand the arsenal available for future deployments.

Find it. Extract it. Expand your arsenal.

Heavy revolver as sidearm
SIDEARM // IRON-6

JUDGE — Heavy revolver

Six clear answers for tight corridors, finishers and anything that gets too close.

Semi-automatic or repeating rifle as primary weapon
PRIMARY // LONG REACH

Precision rifle

For high lines, towers, bridges and steady hands. The first to see usually gets the first decision.

Light suppressed submachine gun
CLOSE QUARTERS // SUPPRESSED

Light SMG

Suppressed access for interiors, rear routes and every push that must stay quiet.

Eisenhold BR-K98 Blueprint
BLUEPRINT // EISENHOLD BR-K98

Eisenhold BR - K98 Karabiner

A German carbine that is highly accurate and deadly in the right hands. Recovering its Blueprint can make the weapon available to build or purchase for future deployments. Some Blueprints are found in the Rift. Others must be unlocked. Further acquisition protocols remain classified.

08 // KNOWN CONTACTS

Confirmed silhouettes. Unconfirmed origins.

Rift mutations, implanted hosts and mass-class contacts are confirmed. Names and classifications remain provisional. You will not receive a complete bestiary before deployment.

09 // CLASSIFIED

This is not everything inside the Rift.

The following fragment is the limit of your current clearance. Additional objectives, rewards and system data remain sealed.

Redacted flare signal mast
EVIDENCE FRAGMENT // SIDE OBJECTIVE 7-C

The flare masts were dead. Now they are transmitting again.

Since the failed access to the data core, at least nine sealed masts have returned to operation. They are not only transmitting. They are receiving as well.

Warning: Mast 04 answered to the name of a Deputy who was never deployed. Mast 06 transmits coordinates inside the Megacity. Mast 09 was never built.

The reactivation of the mast network appears to have awakened every recorded creature in the operational area. At the same time, Rift activity has risen sharply for reasons even Operations Central cannot explain. If the escalation continues or spreads beyond the current exclusion lines, the outer defensive rings of the Megacity could face a direct threat for the first time. Every deployment begins with an operational window of 40 minutes. Under certain conditions, the remaining time can be reduced drastically. Those triggers and their exact effects remain classified and will be disclosed later. Once the operational window collapses, extraction is the only viable option.

10 // DEVELOPMENT STATUS

Further releases will follow. Access will not—yet.

Revolver Rift remains in active development. Additional deployment zones, systems, interfaces and operational clearances are being prepared.

When can I actually play Revolver Rift?

A public demo is currently in development. Our goal is simple: the first playable version of Revolver Rift must demonstrate the gunplay, atmosphere and tension the full game is being built around. Playtest access will be announced when that build is ready.

You will be informed when test access is authorised and the next deployment order can be decrypted. Until then, headquarters of ██████████ remains silent.
